Return/Exchange Order

For Return or Exchange of order e-mail us your order booking name and order number to support@sigmatrends.com or call us @9730948504 and we will do the needful.

Return/Exchange request will be accepted only when applied within 7 days of delivery of product.

A processing fee of Rs100.00 will be deducted from the invoice amount for return.

For any size issue product will be exchanged with the desired size free of cost when applied within 7 Days of Delivery.

• We offer a complimentary exchange only in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or transit damage.

• Kindly provide an unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a seamless exchange experience.

• Our team will ensure a hassle-free replacement after verification.
